A remix of the song featuring new vocals from Lil Wayne and Minaj was released as the fifth single from Queen on November 29, 2018 with an accompanying music video.
Background

Live performances
Minaj has performed the song live at the Made in America Festival in Philadelphia, the TIDAL X Vivo event in São Paulo, Brazil, the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards in Bilbao, Spain and also the 2018 E! People's Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California.

The official remix of the song featuring Lil Wayne was released on November 29, 2018, and is set to impact Rhythmic contemporary radio in the United States on December 4.
Minaj announced the release of the single via her social medias on November 21 with the official single cover. The initial release date was listed as November 27, but the song and video were both released on the 29th.
Following the release of the track, it was added as track twenty on the iTunes and Tidal deluxe editions of Queen. However, some digital editions of the album still have "FEFE" as track twenty instead of "Good Form (Remix)".
Music video
The music video for "Good Form" was released on November 29, 2018 and was directed by Colin Tilley. The video features appearances from Tyga, Lauren London, Evelyn Lozada and the Clermont Twins.
Since the single was announced on November 21, Minaj teased the video via social media with some photos. A short teaser featuring the first 35 seconds of the music video was released on November 26.
"Ganja Burn" (originally released under the misspelled title of "Ganja Burns") is a song by Nicki Minaj from her fourth studio album Queen. The song was leaked weeks before its initial release date, though the leak was never acknowledged by Minaj herself.
Background
On the second episode of her Queen Radio show with Beats 1, Minaj stated that the track always gives her chills, and that it would be the next video released to follow "Chun-Li" and "Bed".
Shortly after the release of the album, Nicki tweeted saying how she hated how low she made the hook and that she has to get it swapped out. She also commented on the title, implying the correct title is "Ganja Burn", but it was misspelled as she was being pressured for the track list.
Live performances
Minaj performed an a capella verse of the track live at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards as part of a medley including "Majesty", "Barbie Dreams" and "FEFE".
Minaj later performed the track live on The Ellen DeGeneres Show along with "Barbie Dreams" and "FEFE."
Cross references
- Minaj also references Sizzla Kalonji in "Inspirations Outro".
- Kanye West is also referenced in "Barbie Dreams" and "MAMA".
- Jay-Z and Beyoncé are also referenced in "Barbie Goin Bad".
Music video
On August 13, 2018, Minaj published a music video for the track entitled "Ganja Burn". It was directed by Mert and Marcus, who also shot the album cover for Queen, and directed Nicki's video for "Regret In Your Tears". The video follows the same theme as the Queen artwork, being set in a desert with Nicki donning Egyptian-themed attire. With a running time of 6:20, it is Minaj's longest music video.
