Nick James (pronounced nik-jaymz), is a rumored Nicki Minaj alter ego that appears in "Super Freaky Girl". Nick was named after the singer Rick James, since his song "Super Freak" was sampled in Super Freaky Girl. Nick James's existence was estabilished when Nicki posted a picture[1] inside a doll box where Nick James is written, with the caption: "BE ON the LOOK OUT when I come through #BOLO #NickJames". After that, in the release of the Super Freaky Girl music video, it's observed that Nick James's name was removed from the doll box, and being replaced for "Nicki".
