This page contains the official community policy of Wiki Minaj. Ignorance of site policy is not an excuse to break it; not only does a link appear in the welcome message, but the administrators of this site believe that commonsense is all that one requires to not perform the inappropriate and forbidden actions listed below.

Inappropriate actions

The following is a list of actions that all users must evade. Violation of site policy by performing any of these actions will prompt an admin to contact you and warn you of your actions. If a user continues to perform those actions after being warned, he or she will be banned for a period of time specified below.

Inappropriate actions Time of the ban
Inserting false information. 2 hours – 3 days
Making categories that weren't approved by an admin. 2 hours – 1 day
Edits with the purpose of getting awards. 1 day – 1 week
  • Note: the "Time of the ban" column just applies if the user keeps performing the inappropriate actions after a warning by the admin.

Forbidden actions

As with above, the following actions may result in the offending user getting banned. These actions, however, warrant longer bans.

Excessive profanity. 1 day – 1 month
Insulting, harassing or threatening another user (especially regarding one's race, gender, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation) 1 month – Permanent
Adding categories that are not related to the article. 2 hours – 1 week
Trolling (removing content, adding meaningless content, vandalism). 1 month – Permanent
Adding content based on suppositions, unreliable sources, or rumors. Also, removing a great deal of content from pages without a good reason. 1 week – 3 months
Sexually explicit content. 1 month – Permanent

These rules are necessary to protect everyone and to make sure this Wiki is a friendly environment.
